This is our privacy policy and it explains how Daily Steak handles your personal information and data. Your trust and the privacy of your data is our number one priority. We've done our best to explain our policy in a clear and informative way.

It also explains (4) the specific ways we use and disclose that information.   • "Daily Steak", "Onmego", "we", "us", and "our" we mean Onmego Inc., which operates the Daily Steak Services.

  • "Site", we mean the Website;

  • "You" means you, whether you are a person or entity, whether you are using Daily Steak for yourself or on behalf of your employer.

  • The "Privacy Policy" means this document.

  • "Daily Steak Services" means the website, along with the other domains, products, services, applications, and content provided by Onmego Inc. under the Daily Steak brand name.

  • "Third party services" or "other services" means any websites, services, and applications operated by parties other than Onmego Inc.

  • "Agents" means service providers, consultants and other agents not employed by Onmego Inc.

Effective Date

This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to any data that we've collected, or collect, about and/or from you, according to our Terms of Use.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we'll follow the modifications process spelled out in our Terms of Service. The use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is used.

Information We Collect, and Why

  1. Information You Provide to Us: When you register to use the Services, communicate with our customer service team, send us an email, or post on our social media sites, we collect certain information about you. That information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information. By giving us this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by Us, only as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We use this information solely to improve and enhance your experience on the Daily Steak Services.

  2. Information from your Use of the Service: We may get information about how and when you use the Services. This information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions taken by you within the application. Again, this is solely used for improving the Service.

  3. Cookies: When you register to use Daily Steak, we store "cookies," which are yummy and delicious. Just kidding. Just checking to see if you are still awake. Congratulations, you have found the Easter Egg! The "cookies" we are referring to are small messages given to your Web browser by our Web server. The result is small strings of code stored as text files on your computer. We use those cookies to collect information about your Website behavior (ex: your browser type and version and/or your operating system) on our Web properties so that when you use the Services, we can optimize your experience. You may turn off cookies that have been placed on your computer by following the instructions on your browser, but if you block our cookies, it may be more difficult (and maybe even impossible) to use the Services.

  4. URL Tracking Codes: When you use the Service to send surveys, we'll sometimes track who opened the surveys and who clicked the links so you have better information about who is taking your surveys. To do this, we may add pixel gifs and/or tracking codes to some URLS on our Services. We use this data to create the reports you see about who has or hasn't completed your surveys.

  5. Information from Other Sources: We may get more information about you, like name, age, and participation in social media websites, by searching the internet or querying third parties (we'll refer to that information as Supplemental Member Information). We only collect data that's publicly available or provided by a third party according to its terms of use.

Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information

We never share your information with anyone. However, there are a few circumstances in which We may use and disclose your Personal Information:

  1. To provide customer support.
  2. To bill and collect money owed to us. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, notices of delinquency, and alerting you if we need a different credit card number. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments.   3. To send you System Alert Messages. For example, we may let you know about temporary or permanent changes to our Services, like planned outages, new features, version updates, releases, abuse warnings, and changes to our Privacy Policy.

  4. To enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable law. This may include developing tools and algorithms that help us prevent violations.

  5. To promote use of our Services. For example, if you leave your Personal Information when you visit our Website and don't sign up for any of the Services, we may send you an email asking whether you want to sign up. You may easily unsubscribe from any and all communications to us with the click of a button.

  6. To protect the rights and safety of our Members and third parties, as well as our own.

  7. To meet legal requirements like complying with court orders and valid subpoenas.

  8. To provide information to representatives and advisors, like attorneys and accountants, to help us comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements.

  9. To prosecute and defend a court, arbitration, or similar proceeding.

  10. To communicate with you about your account for informational, not promotional, reasons.

  11. To transfer your information in the case of a sale, merger, consolidation, or acquisition. In that event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy.

  12. To send you informational and promotional content that you may choose (or "opt in") to receive. You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email.

Public Information and Third Parties

  1. Social Media Widgets. Our Websites include social media features, like the Facebook Like button. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you're visiting on our site, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

  2. Links to Third-Party Sites. Our Websites include links to other websites, whose privacy practices may be different from Daily Steak. If you submit Personal Information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Website you visit.

How to Delete Your Account and What Happens When You Delete Your Account

If you want to delete your Account, you can do so from your account settings page located in the top right-hand corner of the Service. Deleting your Account will not entirely remove the content you have published from our systems, because of caching, backups, or other references to your account.

The Security of your Information

We strive to protect your private information, including your account information, to keep it private. We cannot, however, guarantee the security of any information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. It's important for you to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by choosing and protecting a strong third party service password and by limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished using Daily Steak Services.

Notice of Breach of Security

Nobody's safe from hackers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, We will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

Safeguarding Your Personal Information

To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. Our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, like the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCardĀ® (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC).

Daily Steak accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. We won't resend forgotten passwords. We'll only help you to reset them.

We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do that. If your data changes (like a new email address), then you're responsible for notifying us of those changes.

We only store data about you for as long as it's reasonably required to fulfill the purposes that gave us the right to access it in the first place. We'll give you access to any Personal Information about you that we hold within 30 days of any request for that information you make by emailing Unless it's prohibited by law, we'll remove any Personal Information about you from our servers at your request.

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personal customer information that we share with our affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties.
